Within the scope of ERASMUS Education and Training Mobility Programme, Babeș-Bolyai University Faculty Members visited our Faculty

As part of the ERASMUS Teaching and Training Mobility Program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bădărău Alexandru Sabin and Dr. Arghiuș Viorel from the Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering at Babeș-Bolyai University (Romania) visited the Department of Biology at our Faculty.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bădărău Alexandru Sabin conducts research in the fields of biogeography and biodiversity conservation, while Dr. Arghiuș Viorel specializes in biodiversity conservation studies. The visiting researchers were hosted by our Faculty for one week, during which they participated in field trips and took part in various collaborative research activities with our faculty members.

During their visit, the guests also paid a courtesy visit to our Dean, Prof. Dr. Hasan Bulut, accompanied by the Head of the Biology Department, Prof. Dr. Eyüp Bağcı, and the Department’s ERASMUS Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Semih Dalkılıç. The meeting was highly productive, and both parties agreed on the importance of developing bilateral cooperation agreements and initiating joint research projects between the two institutions.

We extend our sincere thanks to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bădărău Alexandru Sabin and Dr. Arghiuș Viorel for their valuable visit and look forward to further strengthening our academic collaboration in the future.
