A TÜBİTAK Science Talk Was Held

Within the scope of the Science Talks program conducted by the TÜBİTAK, a scientific talk titled “Immortal Cells: Cancer and the Scientific Journey of the HeLa Cell” was delivered by Dr. Seda Beyaz, a faculty member of the Department of Biology at our Faculty.

The talk was held on March 30, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. at Elazığ Hıdır Sever Anadolu Lisesi.

Within the scope of the event, information was presented on cancer biology and the role and significance of HeLa cells in scientific research.

At the end of the program, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Dr. Seda Beyaz for her contributions.
