Two Separate Events Held within the Scope of TÜBİTAK Science Talks

Within the scope of the Science Talks program conducted by the TÜBİTAK, two separate scientific talks were delivered in Diyarbakır by Prof. Dr. Sevda Kırbağ, a faculty member of the Department of Biology at our Faculty.

The first talk, titled “Nutritional and Medicinal Properties of Edible Mushrooms,” was held on March 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Borsa İstanbul Karacadağ Ortaokulu. On the same day, the second talk was delivered at 1:30 p.m. at Şehit Mehmet Hüseyin Balta Ortaokulu.

During the talks, information was presented on the nutritional value of edible mushrooms, their importance for human health, and their medicinal uses.

At the end of the program, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Prof. Dr. Sevda Kırbağ for her contributions.
