Applied Laboratory Training in Genomics

From December 2 to 4, 2024, Fırat University hosted the Applied Laboratory Training in Genomics, coordinated by Dr. Lütfiye KADIOĞLU DALKILIÇ, with the support of TÜBİTAK 2237-A. This program, held with intensive participation, provided researchers working in the field of genomics with the opportunity to acquire both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience. The event aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of researchers in genomics, thereby contributing to scientific research.

The training covered fundamental laboratory techniques in detail, including RNA and DNA isolation, Western blot analysis, PCR methods, and gene expression studies. The hands-on sessions, guided by expert academicians, allowed participants to develop their laboratory skills and gain a deep understanding of scientific methods. At the end of the training, certificates were awarded to the researchers who participated in the program, recognizing their achievements.
