2025–2026 Fall Semester Course Registration and Advisor Approval

• - Course Registration Dates: September 12, 2025 – September 18, 2025

• - Advisor Approval Dates: September 12, 2025 – September 21, 2025

Please pay attention to the following rules:

1) Course Load and Schedule Conflict Rules

• - First two semesters (1st and 2nd): The normal course load defined in the curriculum cannot be changed (no increase/decrease allowed).

• - Course hours: Weekly hours of the registered courses cannot overlap, even partially.

• - Exceptions (for the rule of no schedule conflicts):

  • - Not applicable to Double Major (DMP) and Minor Program students.

  • - Not applicable to transfer students (horizontal/vertical) during their first two semesters following the transfer.

2) ECTS Credit Limits

• - For students admitted in 2024 and onwards:

  • - In each of the first two semesters: At least 30 ECTS must be taken.

  • - In subsequent semesters: A minimum of 15 ECTS and a maximum of 40 ECTS may be taken.

• - For students admitted in 2023 and before:

  • - Definition of normal course load: The total number of courses in the curriculum of the current semester constitutes the normal course load.

  • - Increase possibility: Upon student request and with advisor approval, the course load in a semester may be increased by up to 3 courses.

3) Important Reminders

• - After registering for your courses, please make sure to complete the final confirmation process.

• - Courses with schedule conflicts will not be approved.

• - Please comply with your ECTS limits, class/semester status, and exceptions.
